Information you provide
When you submit a website form, Tallgrass Signal may collect your name, work email, company, organization size, stated business concern, and the page or resource that prompted your inquiry.
How the information is used
We use this information to deliver the requested result, respond to your inquiry, understand which resources are useful, maintain customer and prospect records, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics choice and Google measurement
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 do not load on this website unless you choose “Allow” under Analytics preferences. If you decline or have not yet chosen, Tallgrass does not send a Google analytics request or measurement ping. Your choice is stored in the tgs_analytics_consent cookie for up to 180 days so the website can remember it.
After acceptance, Tallgrass measures page views and meaningful actions such as navigation, calls to action, section visibility, scroll milestones, file downloads, FAQ use, form progress and outcomes, readiness-check progress, and website performance. Tallgrass does not send keystrokes, form values, email addresses, phone numbers, readiness answers, passwords, technical logs, free text, private record identifiers, URL queries, or URL fragments to Google Analytics.
Google may process browser, device, approximate location, and usage information to provide analytics. Advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, Google Signals, and automatic user-provided-data collection are not used. Event-level analytics data is retained in GA4 for up to 14 months.
Analytics storage and BigQuery
Consented analytics events may be exported daily from GA4 into a restricted Tallgrass-controlled Google Cloud BigQuery dataset in the United States. The export is used to verify measurement quality, consent state, conversion delivery, and the absence of prohibited personal or sensitive data. Tallgrass applies a 14-month partition expiration and limits dataset access.
HubSpot and lead attribution
Tallgrass uses HubSpot to deliver form requests, maintain prospect records, and support relevant follow-up. When analytics consent is granted, normalized campaign, audience, offer, channel, creative, and landing-page fields may be sent with the lead. Tallgrass stores a one-way keyed match value in its restricted conversion ledger so a later qualified-lead or closed-customer milestone can be attributed without storing an email address or HubSpot record identifier in the analytics system. Those lifecycle events do not send names, contact details, deal identifiers, or form content to Google Analytics. A successful form conversion is recorded only after HubSpot confirms delivery. Duplicate, invalid, blocked, and delivery-failed submissions are not counted as conversions.
Withdraw analytics consent
Use the “Analytics preferences” control at the bottom of any public page to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics on this website and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies from the Tallgrass domain. You can also use browser privacy controls or Google's available analytics opt-out tools.
Security information
Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, technical logs, personal employee data, active incident details, or other sensitive information through a website form. Contact Tallgrass Signal before transmitting security-sensitive material.
Retention and requests
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, business records, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@tallgrasssignal.com.
This concise notice should be reviewed with counsel as Tallgrass adds advertising, additional integrations, or new categories of data collection.
